Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Tech Retail Expert to deliver immersive demonstrations of wearable and mixed reality products. You will educate customers, handle transactions with a POS system, and help drive new customer acquisitions through engaging demos in a premium retail setting.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy with strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, and are able to travel for events and support team goals. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.
• Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert demonstrations of MR and wearable products to customers.
• Operate the client’s POS system to process transactions.
• Work with Retail Manager to develop action plans to hit targets.
• Open/close procedures and maintain interactive product displays.
• Travel to off-site events and client sites as needed.

As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best‑in‑class, white glove experience through immersive, hands‑on demos of cutting‑edge wearable & mixed reality technology. You will be the face of our client's brand while educating consumers and converting demos to new customer acquisitions.

Our ideal candidate is tech‑savvy with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, and obsessed with world class customer service.

Minimum Pay

USD $27.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $27.00/Hr.

What You'll Do

• Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories
• Conduct world‑class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
• Occasional off‑site event work at our clients Playa Vista office, and travel to various sites via car or plane, including overnight stays.
• Process consumer transactions using our clients Point of Sale (POS) system
• Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
• Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
• Show up on time with a can‑do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3+ years of customer‑facing experience in premium retail
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling

• Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera
• Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry‑related experience to engage with consumers
• Must be results and detail‑oriented
• Must be extremely tech‑savvy and passionate about technology

• Candidates should be able to work comfortably with a variety of lighting conditions, including occasional flashing or contrasting light patterns
