Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is expanding its Meta Store Retail team. As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver premium, white-glove customer journeys through immersive, hands-on demonstrations of wearable and mixed-reality technologies.

You’ll represent the brand with excellence—educating customers and guiding them through transformative tech experiences. You’ll assist customers through purchases at the POS, collaborate with store leadership to meet sales targets, maintain displays, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer‑facing experience in retail.
• Familiar with AR/VR technology.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to product expert! Build a deep understanding of our client’s wearable and mixed-reality products—including accessories—and confidently articulate their features, benefits, and real-world impact to every customer.
• Deliver unforgettable demos. Create immersive, hands-on experiences that showcase how mixed reality and wearable technology can transform the way customers play, learn, work, and interact with the world around them.
• Support seamless purchases. Guide customers through transactions using our client’s POS system to ensure a smooth, efficient buying experience.
• Drive results. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. When targets fall short, partner with the Retail Manager to build action plans that get results.
• Keep the experience running smoothly. Execute daily operational tasks—including opening and closing procedures—and ensure all interactive displays are functioning, clean, and engaging for customers.
• Bring positive team energy. Arrive on time with a proactive, can-do attitude, ready to support team goals, collaborate, and contribute to a high-performance environment.
• Be adaptable. Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experience.

You’ll represent our client’s brand with excellence—educating customers, guiding them through transformative tech experiences, and converting demos into delighted new users.

Minimum Pay

USD $27.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $27.00/Hr.

Experience and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer‑facing experience in retail.
