Job summary

Union Beer Distributing, a division of the Sheehan Family Companies, is hiring for a full-time role in the New York area. You’ll rotate stock, set up point-of-sale materials, organize floor displays, and maintain account relationships to grow our beverage distribution network.

We’re seeking energetic, detail-oriented individuals with a high school diploma or GED; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Rotate product and follow code policy.
• Display products according to company standards.
• Install and maintain POS materials.
• Organize floor displays and window neon/banner placements.
• Execute cooler resets per company standards.
• Schedule weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area.
• Develop and maintain customer relations.
• Other duties as assigned.

*This is a full-time position starting at $20/hr

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure that all product is rotated and code policy is followed
• Ensure that all products are properly displayed according to Company standards
• Install and maintain permanent and paper Point Of Sale material
• Organize and execute floor displays and placement of window neon's and banners at all accounts
• Organize and execute cooler resets according to Company standards
• Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area
• Develop and maintain effective customer relations
• Other duties as assigned

What you will need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Enthusiastic, high energy, and self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in all environments (including physical labor such as lifting, standing, sitting, kneeling, etc.)
• Must have strong attention to detail, communicate effectively, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

*This position offers an auto and phone stipend.
