Springboard Community Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join the team in Maryland.

The role provides individual, family, and group therapy in office and telehealth settings, supported by SCS’s infrastructure for billing, scheduling, referrals, and admin tasks. The position emphasizes trauma-informed, evidence-based care with emphasis on clinician well-being and work-life balance, plus opportunities for supervision, CEUs, and professional growth within a nonprofit

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Current Maryland licensure: LCPC / LCSW-C / LCMFT (or LGPC / LMSW / LGMFT as appropriate).
• Experience providing evidence-based therapy to diverse populations.
• Comfortable working within an EHR and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
• Conduct initial psychosocial assessments and develop individualized service/treatment plans.
• Maintain a weekly average of approximately 25 billable events.
• Document therapeutic services, client/collateral contacts, and service delivery in the EHR according to agency, CARF, and HIPAA standards.
• Coordinate care with internal and external partners.
• Participate in peer consultation, supervision (as needed), and team meetings.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team full time. In this role you will provide individual, family, and group therapy in both office and telehealth settings. SCS provides operational infrastructure—billing, scheduling, referrals, and administrative support—so clinicians can focus on clinical care, professional development, and maintaining work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.


• Conduct initial psychosocial assessments and develop individualized service/treatment plans.


• Maintain a weekly average of approximately 25 billable events.
