Curis Functional Health, LLC. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide holistic, integrated mental health care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team including chiropractors, nutritionists, and other health professionals to support lasting well-being.

You’ll build individualized treatment plans, perform assessments, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a collaborative, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Current state licensure such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for helping clients thrive.
• Interest in learning functional medicine and holistic approaches.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, nutritionists, medical professionals, and other therapists.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and monitor client progress.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Incorporate physical, emotional, behavioral, and lifestyle factors into your therapeutic approach.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, nutritionists, medical professionals, and other therapists to provide coordinated, whole-person care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Educate clients on coping strategies, wellness practices, behavioral changes, and self-care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Stay current with emerging research, best practices, and innovative approaches to mental health care.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive culture focused on both patient outcomes and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
