Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Active state licensure (LPC, LPC-Associate, LMFT, LMFT-Associate, LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent).
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for youth populations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations for children and adolescents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on developmental, emotional, behavioral, and social needs
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families
• Deliver individual, family, and parent-focused therapy sessions
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and healthcare providers as appropriate
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Educate families on effective strategies to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy development
• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives that support mental health awareness

What You'll Do

• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations for children and adolescents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's developmental, emotional, behavioral, and social needs
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families

• Support children experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, trauma, social difficulties, and other mental health concerns

• Educate families on effective strategies to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy development
• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives that support mental health awareness
