Job summary

CoVantage Credit Union in Menominee is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative to greet members, open accounts, process transactions, and assist with loan applications. You will build relationships, provide accurate information, and promote credit union products while delivering warm, professional service.

Some Saturdays are required. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are essential; bilingual preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a financial institution or related service/sales role or an Associate's Degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional interaction daily.
• Above-average accuracy, productivity, and member service.
• Punctual, neat appearance, and proper business etiquette.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows; thorough understanding of credit union services.
• Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assists members in opening accounts, processing transactions, and loan applications.
• Provides warm, welcoming, personalized service to every member.
• Offers information on credit union products and refers to the right department when needed.
• Understands members' financial needs and educates on suitable products.
• Collaborates with team members and departments to reach goals.
• Participates in community events to promote financial literacy and local ties.
