Job summary

Vitality Living is seeking a Medication Technician for the Seabrook at Murrells Inlet Community. You will administer medications, maintain resident records, and observe residents’ health and mood, reporting changes promptly to your supervisor.

You’ll ensure accurate medication handling, assist with cart audits, and maintain a clean, compliant medication room while delivering compassionate care and support to residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations.
• Meet state health related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with medication as prescribed.
• Maintain residents' records daily and per policy.
• Observe and document health and emotional changes; report to supervisor.
• Keep medicine supply room clean and organized.
• Maintain accurate medication accounting, including controlled substances.
• Assist with medication cart audits.
• Provide direct resident care.
