Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow facility policies governing medication administration.
• Accurately document medication administration and charting.
• Report medication errors promptly to the Nursing Director.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and care quality.
• Assist in maintaining medication storage and inventory procedures.
• Provide compassionate care and respect resident rights.
