Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Prineville, OR is seeking a Universal Caregiver/Medication Aide for swing shift in a full-time role. You will assist residents with daily living activities, administer medications after training, and maintain accurate records to support resident health.

Excellent teamwork and compassionate care are required. Training is provided; prior experience with seniors is welcome but not required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and PTO for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training with working with seniors.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge.
• Valid CPR, First Aid and Food Handlers cards (can be acquired during the hiring process).
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training is required but part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per service plan in a compassionate and attentive manner.
• Medication setup and administration after training.
• Update resident records in a timely manner.
• Report changes in resident health or behavior to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; housekeeping and meal-related duties.
• Prepare and cook food as required by posted menus and assist with serving.
• Assist with daily scheduled activities and document resident participation.
• Attend staff trainings and meetings; perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
