Qualifications

• Certification or experience as CMA/MA, STNA, Phlebotomist or LPN.
• Strong knowledge of medical office procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with adults and children.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Positive teamwork approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and documentation, including vital signs, history, medications, and chief complaints.
• Perform procedures such as injections, EKGs, urinalysis, ear irrigations, and breathing treatments.
• Engage in effective patient follow-up and phone triage.
• Assist in office procedures when necessary.
• Maintain examination rooms.
