Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program required.
• MA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient care delivery.
• Set up medical equipment, collect specimens, and administer injections as applicable.
• Assist with vaccine administration and patient education.
• Document vital signs and maintain patient records in EHR.
• Handle referrals, prior authorizations and patient paperwork as needed.
• Respond to patient calls and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
