Qualifikationen

• Experience in orthopedics or a specialty clinic is preferred.
• Familiarity with Athena EMR or similar systems.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Aufgaben

• Aid providers with daily clinical operations, including patient intake, exam room prep, and assisting with procedures such as injections, dressing changes, and suture removal.
• Prepare and manage patient charts in Athena, ensuring labs, imaging, referrals and documentation are complete.
• Escort patients through visits, explain care plans, medications and follow-up steps for a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, stocked clinical environment and proper handling of medical supplies.
• Complete documentation including EMR updates, lab results and workers’ compensation forms in a timely manner.
