Job summary

Carolina QuickCare is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time, on-site role at our Lillington location. You will perform a range of clinical and administrative duties to support patient care and ensure a smooth clinic workflow.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of Medical Assistant experience; certification is preferred but not required. You will work under Providers and may cross-train in other clinic areas while maintaining a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Certification in Medical Assisting is desired, but not required.
• Minimum of six months' experience working as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical and administrative tasks to support patient care.
• Engage directly with patients and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Cross-train in other clinic areas and follow guidance from the Provider.
