Job summary
The Legacy at Oak Hill Senior Living Community is currently seeking Full Time Med Techs to care for residents under supervision by the Assisted Living Director. Shifts are available: 1st 6:00 am–2:00 pm, 2nd 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, and 3rd 10:00 pm–6:00 am.
Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, dementia care, and contributing to assessments and the plan of care. Requirements include Med Tech Certification, prior senior living experience, and a high
Qualifications
- Med Tech certification is required.
- Previous experience in a senior living community is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Take and record vital signs.
- Assist with activities of daily living and reminders for medications.
- Provide transfers, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services.
- Support dementia care and restorative nursing services.
- Contribute to assessments and plans of care.
- Follow resident needs schedules and protect resident rights.
