Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cut and package beef, pork and poultry according to policies.
• Wrap, weigh and price cuts per guidelines.
• Label packages according to COOL, USDA and company standards.
• Ensure displays are updated and meat merchandised to maximize sales.
• Receive, inspect and store meat to maintain cold chain.
• Maintain sanitation and quality standards daily.
• Assist with product ordering and rotation.
