Job summary

Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to perform maintenance at all IU13 and Joint Authority owned or leased properties. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years maintenance experience.

Work hours are 8.00 Hours/Day, 6:30 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Friday, year-round. A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to multiple locations are required.

• Maintain all IU13 and Joint Authority properties to ensure safe, functional facilities.
• Coordinate minor repairs and upkeep in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information.

Purpose Of Position

Responsible for maintenance at ALL IU13 and Joint Authority owned or leased properties.

Education/Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years maintenance experience.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

Excellent organization, interpersonal communication and time management skills required. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle highly confidential information with tact and diplomacy. Ability to utilize power tools to make minor repairs.

Ability to drive a company and/or personal vehicle to various locations throughout the workday. Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
