Job summary

Absolute Storage Management, LLC. is seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech (Fix-It Pro & Property Perfectionist) averaging about 28 hours per week across Covington, Monroe, Athens, Commerce, and Atlanta storage locations in GA.

You will perform routine maintenance and basic repairs with emphasis on safety and reliability. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks, maintaining checklists, coordinating with property teams, and assisting vendors for larger

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across designated properties to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Tackle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and building-related issues.

Job Snapshot – Key Aspects of the Role

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties to ensure everything is operating safely and efficiently
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and building-related issues
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and inspections
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and scheduled procedures
• Obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts; order materials as instructed
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of buildings, units, and grounds
• Communicate regularly with property teams regarding maintenance needs, budgets, and completed work
• Assist with coordinating external vendors and contractors for larger repair or capital improvement projects
• Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times

Property Hours

Monday - Tuesday: 9:00AM-5:00PM

Wednesday: Closed

Thursday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM

Saturday: 9:00AM-3:00PM

Sunday: Closed
