Legacy Parking Company in Aventura is seeking a dependable, motivated Maintenance Porter to help maintain a parking facility. This part-time role suits someone who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained, with a focus on outdoor and indoor upkeep.

You will perform daily maintenance tasks, safety checks, minor repairs, cleaning grounds, operating equipment, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, custodial, or general facility operations.
• Ability to perform outdoor/indoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience with power washers and floor scrubbers is preferred.

Legacy Parking is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Maintenance Porter to help maintain a parking facility in Aventura. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and is committed to keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained.

This is a part time position.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance & Appearance

• Ensure parking garages and lots are clean, safe, and maintained to company standards.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks including:
  • Cleaning grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas
  • Completing safety checks and minor repairs
  • Applying paint, sealants, and lubrication as needed
  • Removing trash and debris
• Operate maintenance equipment such as blowers, sweepers, and power washers.
• Follow the preventative maintenance schedule provided by the Location Manager.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in log systems.
• Notify management of material or supply needs in a timely manner.

Customer Service

• Represent Legacy Parking with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Assist customers or visitors courteously, ensuring a great parking experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, custodial, or general facility operations required.
• Experience using power washers and floor scrubbers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable with excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and lift up to 100 lbs as needed.
• Work may include medium to heavy physical activity on a daily basis.
