Westmont Living, Inc. in La Mesa is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a full-time role to support the Maintenance Director with repairs, alterations, and ongoing building upkeep.

You will perform routine preventative maintenance, janitorial duties, and monitor safety tests (fire alarm, pull cords, extinguishers) to keep the community safe and welcoming. A positive, can‑do attitude and excellent customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Criminal background clearance prior to initial entry.
• Pass health screens (physical, TB, drug test).
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or willing to become so.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director with repairs, alterations, and building upkeep.
