Horizons HR Services Inc. is hiring a Full Time Machine Operator / Warehouse Associate in Solon, Ohio. The position offers a temp-to-hire path with potential for permanent placement based on performance and attendance.

Training starts on the 1st shift, with a transition to the 4am-2:15pm shift after six weeks, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include moving and staging materials, operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and PIE equipment, supplying materials to production, and maintaining a

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous material handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, load, and unload materials.
• Operate overhead cranes, tow motors/forklifts, and PIE.
• Supply production areas with materials as needed.
• Identify, organize, and stage materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Perform basic equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate with production team members to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time.

Job Description: Machine Operator

• Move, stage, load, and unload materials throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Operate overhead cranes, tow motors/forklifts, and powered industrial equipment (PIE).
• Supply production areas with materials as needed.
• Properly identify, organize, and stage materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Perform basic equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
