Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Plain City, OH is seeking a reliable Warehouse / Forklift Operator for the day shift. This hands-on role involves lifting, loading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse, with prior forklift experience required.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, for a pay rate of $18 per hour. The position starts through our staffing team with a strong path to permanent hire and full benefits after the temporary period.

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse

• Maintain an organized and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Receive deliveries in a timely manner
• Assist in pulling accurate materials per job sheets and builder requirements
• Conduct inventory reconciliation as required and ensure accurate counts

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse / Forklift Operator for a growing facility in Plain City, Ohio. This is a hands-on, physical role responsible for lifting, loading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position starts through our staffing team and offers the opportunity to be hired on permanently with full benefits after the temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving products
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Receive deliveries in a timely manner
• Assist in pulling accurate materials per the job sheets and builder-specific requirements
• Conduct inventory reconciliation as required, ensuring accurate counts of all inventory items
• Keep all returned materials organized
• Accurately complete/submit all necessary paperwork
• Conduct all warehouse and delivery activities in a safe and responsible manner

Requirements
