Job summary

NUWAY Alliance is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role in Minneapolis, MN. The LPN will educate and assist clients, administer medications and treatments, and provide high-quality personal care while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license in Minnesota.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of starting work.
• Able to pass Minnesota DHS background check.
• Able to maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist clients to achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being through medication and treatment administration and personal care.
• Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with state and federal guidelines and HIPAA requirements.
• Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support recovering individuals.
