Job summary

Red River Human Services Foundation is seeking a Full-Time LPN to join our team in the Fargo/West Fargo area. You will assess, monitor and report on the health of people we support who have developmental and intellectual disabilities, ensuring quality oversight and collaboration with staff and external contacts.

Hours are primarily 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Great benefits are offered, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• ND LPN license is required.
• Provide nursing care for individuals supported by RRHSF.
• Assist RN with training, supervising, and educating staff.
• Knowledge of Title XIX and the Council on Quality & Leadership is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor and report on the health of people we support.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure quality oversight.
• Liaise with internal and external contacts and complete orientation and annual trainings for staff.
