Southern Health Partners in Craven County, North Carolina seeks a Full Time LPN for day shift at Craven County Jail. The position offers a 35-hour weekly rotating schedule, with a sign-on and retention bonus.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and document care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role focuses on safe, quality patient care within a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in North Carolina.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in correctional or clinical setting.
• Ability to administer medications and document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care.
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs.
• Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
• Follow all facility and company policies and procedures.
