The Craven County Jail in North Carolina is hiring a Full Time LPN on day shift to provide essential nursing care. You will work a rotating schedule totaling 35 hours per week and may receive a sign-on or retention bonus.

Qualificações

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work in a rotating day shift schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care.
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs.
• Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
• Follow all facility and company policies and procedures.
