Southern Health Partners is hiring a Full Time LPN on the day shift at Craven County Jail in North Carolina. The role offers direct patient care in a correctional setting with a rotating 35-hour work week.

You will join a dedicated healthcare team to deliver essential medical services, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation while benefiting from a sign-on and retention bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
