Job summary

Carolton Chronic Convalescent in CT is seeking a Full-Time LPN Charge Nurse for the evening shift (3pm-11:30pm) Monday through Friday. The role offers a $3500 sign-on bonus, competitive wages and a safe, tech-enabled work environment.

We require an active CT LPN license; long-term care experience is preferred. Benefits include weekly pay, generous PTO and holidays, and access to medical/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k).
