Per Mar Security Services in Mason City, IA is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to identify shoplifters, monitor premises, and deter theft through floor patrols and CCTV systems.

This full-time role covers 1st/2nd shifts and weekends. Candidates should have strong report-writing skills, fluent English, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior LP or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screening.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3-4 hours per shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience in Loss Prevention or Law Enforcement is a plus.
• Criminal Justice related studies are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and apprehend shoplifters via floor patrol and CCTV surveillance.
• Prepare and file accurate reports.
• Interact with local law enforcement as needed.
• Provide courtroom testimony when required.
