Job summary

Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage requisitions, inventory, receiving, and projects. The role ensures orders are filled timely and accurately, while maintaining a safe and organized storeroom and supporting the wider supply chain.

You will verify products by description, item number, and quantity, perform cycle counts, and coordinate the availability and delivery of supplies, equipment, mail and linen.

Qualifications

• Requires 0-3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required; additional certifications a plus.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates requisitions, inventory management, receiving, and projects.
• Ensures orders are filled timely and accurately.
• Verifies product by description, item number, and quantity; inspects for damage, expiration, and proper packaging.
• Performs cycle counts and physical inventories accurately.
• Coordinates availability and delivery of products, including equipment, mail, and/or linen.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Maintains clean storeroom and aisle areas.
