Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is hiring a Loader/Unloader in Denver, CO. This highly physical role requires lifting throughout the day and working in a fast-paced environment to keep healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, lifting 50–75 lb containers, and weighing waste, with full-time hours from 10 AM to 6 PM and a non-negotiable $22.00 per hour rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work quickly without cutting corners.
• Team-oriented and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50-75 lb containers throughout shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using the Weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure transports are ready on schedule.
