Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Experience in home care or clinical caregiving setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment.
• Must pass a background check and meet state requirements.
• Dementia Training Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation for safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisors.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to keep a safe home.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
