Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Full Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our growing team in Manchester, NH. You will provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility, monitor health, and support clients in their homes.

We offer competitive pay ($19.00-$24.00/hour), flexible scheduling, training, and opportunities for advancement. Prior certification and reliable transportation are preferred; all training is provided.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment.
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements.
• Dementia Training Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors or care coordinators.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed following dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
