Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Full Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our Nashua team. You will provide personalized in-home care, support daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence in familiar surroundings.

Qualifications

• Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred.
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
