Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our Dunbarton, NH team. Provide personalized, in-home care to help clients maintain independence and quality of life.

You will perform personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, light housekeeping, and companionship, while documenting health status and communicating with the care team. Eligible candidates have NH LNA/PCA certification and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or clinical caregiving.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a home care setting.
• Dementia Training Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors or care coordinators.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
