Job summary

Beechmont Country Club, part of Troon, is hiring a Full-Time Line Cook in Beachwood, OH. The role involves supporting the Chef/Kitchen Manager in food prep and ensuring kitchen sanitation for all outlets on the property.

Responsibilities include following recipes, inventory tasks, and maintaining equipment. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for quality of products served.
• Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation for all outlets.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain sanitation.
• Conduct monthly food/supplies inventory with the team.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
• Clean and sanitize food prep and storage areas as directed.
