• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high cleanliness standards and stores surplus food safely.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; stores food and supplies per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, records, and reporting as required.
