Alila Marea Beach Resort, a Boundless Hotel by Hyatt, is located in Encinitas, California. We are seeking an intermediate line cook with hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree to join our kitchen team; you will work single stations and receive significant supervision and training.

Alila Marea Beach Resort is a Boundless Hotel by Hyatt. It is located in North County, San Diego, just 32 miles north of San Diego International Airport, and central to Encinitas, one of the most charming seaside towns that dot California's iconic Coastal Highway 101.

An intermediate line cookrequires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.
