Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in working with older adults desired.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible in work hours and schedules.
• Knowledge of computer PC operations and software e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook etc.
• Must possess and maintain a safe driving record and valid driver’s license in the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and the implementation of a diverse life enrichment program, meeting resident’s physical and social needs.
• The Life Enrichment Coordinator will work in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Aspire Rural Health System policies and procedures.
