Job summary

Fort Wayne Recovery is seeking a Licensed Therapist / Associate Therapist to join our in-person clinical team. The role focuses on providing individual, family, and group therapy to adults with substance use and mental health challenges, while developing personalized treatment plans and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LSW, LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LCAC, LCACA, or PsyD.
• Experience in mental health or psychiatric care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults facing substance abuse and mental health concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and guide patients toward measurable progress.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians in a team-based care model.
• Support patients and families with education around coping strategies, recovery, and mental wellness.
• Respond with empathy and professionalism during crises or escalation.
