Job summary

City Of Siloam Springs is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our full-time rehab team at Siloam Springs Health and Rehab in Siloam Springs, AR. Under licensed PT supervision, the PTA will help deliver high-quality therapy to residents to improve mobility and function.

The ideal candidate holds an Arkansas PTA license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. Prior SNF or geriatrics experience is a plus, with a team-based, patient-focused work environment and

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current and valid PTA license in Arkansas.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a SNF or geriatric care setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans as established by the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct therapy sessions in accordance with resident care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and techniques to aid recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
