Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing pertinent medical history and performing specific assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment goals to patients and their families, actively involving them in the rehabilitation process.
• Implement targeted treatment protocols based on individual patient evaluations, ensuring adaptability to evolving health care environments and patient needs.
• Consult with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, recognizing any significant changes in a patient's condition that may require alterations to their treatment plan.
• Responsible for discharge planning, including outlining follow-up care and documenting all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients experiencing musculoskeletal disorders, post-operative rehabilitation needs, neurologic conditions, and chronic pain issues. Our patient population includes individuals of all ages seeking to restore function, enhance mobility, and achieve a higher quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Preferred Experience

While new graduates are welcome, candidates with prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation or a similar setting will be viewed favorably. Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and familiarity with evidence-based practice is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
