Job summary

The Borough of Little Silver seeks a Library Director to lead the municipal public library serving Little Silver and Fair Haven. You will oversee operations, staffing, budgeting, programming, facilities, collection development, and community engagement to meet informational, educational, and cultural needs.

As part of a shared services agreement with Fair Haven, the role includes collaboration with governing bodies and trustees.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in library administration recommended.
