The Chattahoochee Valley Libraries is seeking a full-time Library Assistant for the South Columbus Public Library. This 40-hour-per-week position supports technology and reference services to patrons of all ages.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, high energy, and strong communication with supervisors, staff, and the public. The role involves assisting customers with technology needs, teaching computer skills classes, and providing one-on-one assistance while rotating shifts

• The position also requires the ability to help customers with technology needs, teach computer skill classes, and provide one-on-one assistance to customers
• Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and the public
• Applicants must be able to report to any branch in the system and work nights and weekends in rotation

Salary: $26,880/year
