Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant Floater to be the first point of contact for prospective residents across multiple properties.

You will lease apartments, keep model units lease-ready, understand lease terms, and support resident retention while handling leasing documentation and move-ins. Weekend availability and travel between locations are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Background/Physical/Drug Screening required.
• Weekend days/hours vary by property location.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Leasing Consultant as initial contact between the public and the company, strives to project the quality of our product. Successfully leases apartments by meeting customer needs. Assists in marketing the property and generating traffic. Helps provide a quality living environment for residents and promotes positive working relationships with company employees.

Leasing Consultant Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Days/ Hour will vary based on property location and weekend availability
• Valid California Driver's License
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
