FirstLight Home Care of BuxMont is seeking a Full-Time Floating Caregiver to provide compassionate non-medical care in clients' homes or facilities across Bucks and Montgomery Counties. This on-site role emphasizes direct connection with clients and maintaining consistent, personalized support.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship, while coordinating with a team to cover last-minute call-outs and transitions of care.

Role Overview:

As a Full Time Floating Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support to our senior clients in their homes or facilities. This is an on-site position that allows you to connect directly with those you assist, making a meaningful impact on their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide non-medical personal care and companionship services to senior clients as needed.
2. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility support, fall prevention, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
3. Respond to last-minute call-outs, ensuring continuity of care during coverage shifts.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position requires traveling to clients homes throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties.
