This is a full-time position. Assist in managing and supervising up to 12 associates in the Starbucks Department. Responsible for supporting the Department Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and standards, including ordering, receiving product, completing paperwork, interviewing, training associates, planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, and resolving complaints.
