Ellie Mental Health Atlanta is seeking a LAPC or LAMFT to work with children, adolescents, and adults in a full-time hybrid role in Sandy Springs, GA. The clinic is a collaborative, compassionate environment with a focus on expanding access to quality mental health care.

Ideal candidates have a master’s degree, GA licensure, and experience with treatment plans, case notes, and diverse client ages. In addition to clinical work, expect supervision, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team

Ellie Mental Health Atlanta is currently looking for a LAPC or LAMFT to work with children, adolescents, and adults! This is a full time, hybrid position with a start date of November 2026. We are a group practice located in Sandy Springs, GA.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy


• Clinicians must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week


• Must be open to working with all ages, 5+


• Must be open to having some evening availability


• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community


• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals


• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol


• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings


• Other stuff we probably forgot to add, but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field


• Candidates should have a valid, current GA clinical license, LAPC or LAMFT. We are unable to accept candidates that are not licensed due to our contracts with insurance companies.


• Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes


• Experience with children, teens, and adults


• Effective written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients


• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner


• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base


• Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems


• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $74,900.00 per year
