Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is a W2 private practice platform offering autonomy to clinicians working with children, adolescents, and families. You’ll design your own caseload and schedules, with administrative, billing, and credentialing support provided.

The role supports hybrid in-person and remote work, with a focus on growth and ownership in a child and family-focused caseload. We offer a competitive compensation structure, performance-based bonuses, and signing incentives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or limited license track.
• Experience or strong interest in child, adolescent, and family therapy.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Comfort with hybrid work.
• Existing caseload or referral relationships encouraged (incentive eligible)

Responsibilities
