Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Utility position at Mayo Clinic Harwick in Rochester, MN. The shift runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Online applications are accepted only.

We seek a team member who can maintain kitchen areas and equipment, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and support meal service. Previous dishwashing experience is preferred and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety/sanitation standards and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
